GEHA is again not paying legitimate claims. They changed the address of where to mail them and did not inform subscribers.......AND stopped forwarding claims sent to the old address. Moreover, they won’t even acknowledge a claim from my primary doctor. Doctor has billed repeatedly and GEHA just says they have never received the claim.

Seems they may have a cash flow problem and this is their way of dealing with it.
