Wondering how RCA time is credited when we retire. Do they use the number of days we actually worked, or do they give you credit for the years? I was only an RCA for just under 2 years in 1986 & 1987. I was in an office where they followed the contract, every route had an assigned sub. So I didn't work much. Trying to figure out if it's even worth considering buying it back when I retire. Thank you!

Based on number of days worked You have to work up estimates from Liteblue and see what they say on it How close are you to retiring ? It takes time for the estimate and then payment and credit. Then it will depend on your age at retirement two months of credit now, at $1000 might mean you get $50 a month in retirement only takes 20 months to recoup the cost.
