Hi,
I am GS-12 at an Air Force installation. My Position Description was written in 1993, specific to just my position and includes a variety of responsibilities, duties, and expected knowledge. In an AF Instruction, it states that a specific working group will develop a written plan. (I am member of this group, not the OPR of group.)
However, I am being told that I must develop this plan (alone) because my PD states so. It really doesn't, they are reading in between the lines.
Question: what overrules what? AF Instruction or my PD?
