I just received form CA-1032, the annual medical report form from owcp. I have a question, I answered yes on question number 1-which is "Do you work for any employer during the past 15 months?". I answered yes because I was still employed by tsa but was on lwop and answered no on question number 2-Which is "Were you self employed or involved in any business enterprise in the past 15 months?". But question number 3 says " If you answered no to both questions 1 and 2 state whether you were unemployed for all periods during the past 15 months: yes or no, if no, show dates of employment". For the love of god I have no idea what to answer, yes or no, is this a trick question from owcp?. For reference I was put on lwop on March 5, 2017 until February 15, 2018 that the date when I was removed/fired from tsa. Any help would be appreciated.
